I began my career in the ceramics industry working for Royal Doulton after completing a HND in Ceramics at North Staffordshire Polytechnic (now Staffordshire University), and have a degree in Graphic Design and a Certificate in Education. I have always pursued creating work in a variety of forms, sculpture, collage work, paintings and ceramics.

I produced 13 trophies for Canterbury Culture Awards in 2014 in Porcelain, I was commissioned to created eight large paintings for Mount Pleasant Hotel at Bawtry, near Doncaster, you can see them on the ‘Paintings’ page. I was commissioned to create and deliver a War Memorial for Ellistown near Coalville, which you can see on the ‘Sculpture’ page.

I have been shortlisted for a commission for Telford Shopping Centre, The Woodland Trust, and Maidstone East Commission.

I have won best environmental exhibit at Teignmouth ‘TRAIL’ 2017 and then overall ‘Best Exhibit’ in 2018 and was subsequently invited to exhibit at Devon Guild of Craftsmen near Bovey Tracey, North Devon.

I am pursuing a career as a freelance artist and sculptor and take workshops.
